By accessing or using myVerit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Professional Use Only
myVerit is a professional legal practice management platform. You represent and warrant that you are a legal professional or an authorized representative of a legitimate law firm or legal department.
3. Intellectual Property
The "myVerit" brand, its proprietary AI algorithms (CALIS), and all associated software are protected by international intellectual property laws. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any portion of the platform.
4. Billing & Fees
Access to myVerit is subject to the subscription tier selected during onboarding. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by local law.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the firm is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
