4. Third-Party Integrations (Google & Microsoft)

myVerit integrates with third-party services like Google Workspace (Drive) and Microsoft SharePoint to enhance your workflow. When you authorize these integrations:

• Data Access: We only access the specific files and folders you explicitly grant us permission to read.
• Data Usage: Your third-party data is used exclusively to provide features within the myVerit platform (e.g., viewing and linking documents to your legal matters).
• Google API Services User Data Policy: myVerit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Data Retention: We do not permanently store your third-party documents on our servers. We only store the necessary metadata (like file IDs and names) required to maintain the link between your cloud storage and your matters.
